1.    Approve Agenda

 

2.    Logo Update:   Reviewed logo and discussed changes.  Barbara will try to format several logos for different uses.

 

3.    Update on Baltimore Woods:  Edison still on the cities radar for trail alignment.  We need to reassert our preference for using Decatur.

 

4.    Waud Bluff Update

Listed in Metro Economic Stimulus Projects – 2009

We need more money to get started.  After that it gets real complicated.

 

5.    PSU Architecture Studio Update (no change)

 

6.    RFF Update / TPAC Meeting

   Schedule:

01/30 TPAC made final recommendation to JPACT on RFF allocation (included npG)

02/12 JPACT/Metro Council joint public hearing on TPAC recommendation 4pm Metro

03/05 JPACT makes recommendation to Metro Council

03/19 Metro Council Approved recommendation (pending Air Quality Analysis)

 

            Preliminary $10.6 million in funding for bike ped projects.

 

7.     River Plan / Planning Commission Meetings Update

Scott has audio files and can make available to anyone who would like to listen

8.     March 16th Strategic Planning Meeting: 6pm Start time?

Brief discussion re: suggestions on agenda items

Facilitator will be Tom Griffen-Valade

           

            Group consensus is for a 6PM start.

 

            Agenda Ideas:

a.    Provide a large paper representation (~10ft) of the trails so that we can put down each jurisdiction and current developments for each section/property.

b.    Review and approve By-Laws.  Come prepared to discuss in other words read them before hand

c.    Plan summer time activities, next 3 month plan, next 6 month, PRIORITIZE!!!

d.    Vision map and logo

e.    Define roles of core group and assign responsibilities.

f.     Ask Tom if the neighbor can take donation in our name.
