1. Grants: NP Enhancement grant submitted by Pam and Francie for printed future trail signs and reprint our brochure. NPTF grant contract signed for matching funds for Willamette Cove trail alignment determination.
2. River Plan- Curt gave an update and will write a letter to the Chair of the River Plan Committee prior to the North Reach going to the Planning Commission. Paul to make suggestions.
3. Blue Ribbon Committee June 2nd report: Pam, Francie, Lenny & Curt in attendance. Lots of enthusiasm for trails. Committee broke into groups and divided 20 regional trails into groups to discuss.

4. Cement Road RFP—Francie gave an update. Alta has received the contract with River Plan to do a feasibility study for Cement Road
5. Swan Island: Lenny has been working with City project manager to design a wide sidewalk/trail to connect the river with the lagoon.
6. No finance report.
7. Budget planning: Pam and Francie will work on a budget to present to the group.
8. Outreach: WC Blue Heron Walk on June 3rd –Francie and Jason to lead
Metro Blue Ribbon Committee bike tour to North Greenway on June 11th- Scott and Lenny to present during tour stops.
Towards Car Free Cities Conference, June 19th, Scott moderating a panel, Francie to present npGREENWAY
Sunday Parkways, June 22nd, group approved funds for adhesive stickers that Joe is arranging. About $250
Peddlepaloza Bike Ride, June 21st, Scott leading
Swan Island Trail Clean Up- July 12th. Lenny organizing.
