The River Plan / North Reach is back on the City Council agenda on April 1, 2010 at 2 pm. They will hear the following four items (view and download related documents at the City Council Documents webpage): http://www.portlandonline.com/bps/index.cfm?c=52163
o Amendments to the River Plan / North Reach (Co-Sponsored by Mayor Adams and Commissioner Fritz). These are amendments to the River Plan / North Reach Volumes 1A, 1B and 3C. The amendments were first released in February. Changes to the February version are highlighted.
o A substitute resolution that directs the Bureau of Planning and Sustainability to return to City Council for a hearing on specific items in Fall 2010. (Co-Sponsored by Mayor Adams and Commissioner Fritz)
o Amendments to the Memorandum of Understanding between Siltronic and City of Portland. (Sponsored by Mayor Adams.)
o A resolution directing the Bureau of Planning and Sustainability to negotiate a development agreement with the University of Portland for consideration by City Council. (Co-Sponsored by Mayor Adams and Commissioner Fish)

The hearings will be held on April 1, 2010 at 2:00 pm at City Hall, 1221 SW 4th Avenue, in Council Chambers. Please submit written testimony to:
